Talking to Segismundo
When you send a message, your conversation is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Avoid passwords, sensitive personal information, and confidential business material. The conversation stays in the open page until you clear it or leave; we do not add message text to our chat usage records. AI responses can be wrong: confirm important details with a person.
Joining updates
We use the email address and optional role you provide to send the updates you request. You must confirm through your inbox before joining. Each update includes a way to unsubscribe. We retain subscription status and confirmation information to manage your preferences and avoid sending unwanted messages. Unsubscribing stops updates; contact us if you also want your records deleted.
Cookies and local storage
The site remembers your language preference in your browser. When you use chat, it may set a signed visitor cookie for abuse prevention, lasting up to 180 days. We use technical request information, including a protected identifier derived from your network address, to enforce limits. Admin sign-in uses separate authentication cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or session replay.
Services that help run the site
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase supports authentication and operational records, OpenAI processes chat requests, and Amazon Web Services delivers email. Google provides fonts and admin sign-in. These services may process technical information or data you submit in countries outside your own, under their service terms and applicable data protection arrangements.
Why we process this information
Updates are based on your consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing. We process chat requests to provide the conversation you ask for, and use technical records for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse. We do not use chat to make decisions about your eligibility for employment, credit, or other services.
Your choices
You can choose not to use chat, unsubscribe from updates, clear this site’s browser storage, or contact us to request access, a portable copy, correction, or deletion of personal data. You may also object to processing or request restrictions where applicable, and raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Retention
We keep subscription and operational information for as long as needed to provide the requested service, honour preferences, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Provider logs and chat processing are subject to their retention settings. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion.
